After spending 25 years in operations management within the hospitality industry, Del knew he wanted to get into finance as he loved the numbers side of management. 

He speaks three languages and after working all over the world, has definitely caught the travel bug.

He’s a busy father of two kids, a cat and a dog but in his spare time, he loves being outdoors. Del enjoys camping, fishing and mountain biking with his family. He also dabbles in the odd rugby game!
